JumpStart was created to make academic growth feel more engaging, accessible, and rewarding for younger learners. By combining educational best practices with a gamified experience students genuinely enjoy, we're helping build confidence, curiosity, and lifelong learning habits.

Meet Dr. Liz Meitl

Director of Education

Dr. Liz Meitl brings more than 20 years of experience in education, curriculum development, instructional leadership, and academic readiness.

With a Ph.D. in Special Education, Policy, and Systems Studies from the University of Kansas, Liz has spent her career helping students succeed at every level—from K–12 classrooms to graduate education programs.

Her expertise includes curriculum design, cognitive development, educational systems, and over 15 years creating test-preparation programs for major assessments, including the SAT and ACT.

At JumpStart, she ensures every lesson, challenge, and learning pathway is grounded in proven educational science while remaining engaging for today's students.
